Peter R. Ellmann, winemaker from Muse Winery will be joining us in the SeaGrille to host our first in a series of special winemaker's dinners. Featuring a truly delicious 5 course chef's tasting menu all paired to the finest wines from Muse winery. The fun begins at 7pm Wednesday March 31. A unique opportunity to sample and learn more about the great wines from Muse Winery, one of Vancouver Island's premiere wineries.
