Through impeccable customer service, the qualified individual will provide guests with five star service at all times; from making reservations, to check-ins and check-outs.

The web marketing assistant will report directly to the Marketing and Sales manager and will be responsible for increasing and setting up templates for web marketing for a small luxury boutique hotel. This role will be full time from April to August.

House Keeping

housekeeper/room attendant

The qualified individual must be flexible and will be expected to complete job duties as requested in a prompt and organized fashion, abiding by the standard checklist and quality specifications as provided by the housekeeping supervisor. The Room Attendant must ensure the cleanliness standards are met or exceeded in the assigned guest rooms, common areas, meeting space and back of house.

The qualified individual will be assigned to a particular shift and be expected to complete job duties as requested in a prompt and organized fashion; abiding by the standard checklist and quality specifications as provided by the housekeeping supervisor. The Room Attendant must ensure the cleanliness standards are met or exceeded in the laundry facility and ordering procedures are completed accurately.

The qualified individual must be flexible with shifts, prepare quality and consistent menu items to exacting standards and ensure that cleanliness guidelines are met or exceeded. Excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to deal with high volumes are required for this position.
